Reasonably priced unit on the second level, we really enjoyed it. the location was unbeatable, so close to Sala Zero Concert Hall. - the hotel met what was needed, we would love to come back here sometime. The hotel had a marvelous and incredible position, close to transport. It was a short walk from El Tiberi, where you can have dinner.

The hotel was low budget, spent my time lovely here. Every member of the staff was extremely friendly. Had guest room on the second level and wake-up service was available in it. The location was particularly good and fantastic for walking around Tarragona Amphitheatre. There were an open market and a market around the property. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Tarragona.

The guest room is wonderful with effective air conditioning. the breakfast is good with a variety of food and drinks, offering everything you could imagine. the hotel's location is marvelous and fantastic, being very close to the old town.

I recently stayed at Hotel Catalunya Express for 3 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 5-8 minute walk from the train station and close to the beach and restaurants. The room I stayed in, a 3 person room, was surprisingly spacious for a budget hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to check-in early without any additional payment. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, I appreciated the option to leave my luggage after check-out and the window in the room that allowed for ventilation. my stay at Hotel Catalunya Express was excellent and I would definitely return.

I can highly recommend this hotel.

Very convenient--two short blocks from the train station and short walks to both the beach and central city--about 10 minutes in either direction (the beach is really close but you need to circle around the rails). The staff was very accommodating and willing to help even though I speak no Spanish (or Catalonian). Though the room is very small by American standards, it was clean and comfortable.

I can't really blame the hotel, but we seemed to be a magnet on Saturday night for endless groups of loud young Spaniards who never seemed to tire. Group after group after group roared below our window-- until at least six in the morning. Sunday night was on the other hand quite quiet.
